Tewksbury Girls Softball League Music Bingo Night Fundraiser

The Tewksbury Girls Softball League is holding a NuBingo (Music Bingo) Fundraiser from 7pm to 11pm at the Tewksbury/Wilmington Elks Lodge (777 South Street). $40 per ticket / $400 per table. The adults-only event includes a live DJ, prizes, cash bar, raffles, and 50/50 raffle. Bring your own snacks.

State Rep. Tram Nguyen’s Virtual Office Hours

State Representative Tram Nguyen is holding virtual office hours, from 10am to 11am, on ZOOM. Register for a 15-minute session HEREIf you can’t attend the office hours, but have an issue you’d like to discuss with Rep. Nguyen, contact her Legislative Director Tobin Abraham at

Afternoon Film Screening (“Bugonia”) @ Tewksbury Library

The Tewksbury Public Library (300 Chandler Street) is holding a film screening of “Bugonia” at 2pm. Two conspiracy-obsessed young men kidnap the high-powered CEO of a major company, convinced that she is an alien intent on destroying planet Earth. Starring Emma Stone and Jesse Plemons. Dark Comedy/Psychological Thriller. Rated R. 1 Hour, 58 Minutes. Doors will open at 1:30pm. Film will start at 2pm. Candy & water will be served. Library Webinar: Our Amazing Birds — 65 Years Of Birding In 65 Minutes

The Tewksbury Public Library (300 Chandler Street) is offering a webinar — “Our Amazing Birds — 65 Years Of Birding In 65 Minutes — at 2pm via ZOOM. Enjoy beautiful bird photography which illustrates the diversity in avian feeding techniques, mating systems, migration feats, tool use, food storage, brood parasitism, nest building, and plumage coloration. Birds have the greatest diversity in form and behavior of any group of terrestrial vertebrates – they’re an exciting group of animals. Led by Bill Gette, Founding Director of Mass Audubon’s Joppa Flats Education Center and Past President of the Friends of Parker River National Wildlife Refuge. He has been birding since 1961. Weekly Bingo Night @ St. Williams Church

St. Williams Church (1351 Main Street) holds a Bingo Night every Friday, beginning at 6:45pm. Players can expect to spend $15-$20 on Bingo sheets. Call 978-640-0859 with any questions or for more information.

4 Fitness Classes at Tewksbury Senior Center + Scrabble

The Tewksbury Senior Center (175 Chandler Street) is hosting 4 fitness/wellness classes today:

  • Bone Builders (8:15am)
  • Walking Club (8:30am)
  • Bone Builders (9:30am)
  • Scrabble (10am)
  • Meditation (11am)

Most fitness/wellness class fees are paid either by the month OR by purchasing a punch card. Punch card cost is $35 and allows seniors to attend 10 classes of their choice. Cards can be purchased in the Senior Center’s Office. Seniors may drop in to try any of the fitness/wellness classes for FREE. Please note Bone Builders classes and the Cardio Drumming class are grant-funded with no cost to participants but do require registration to participate. The Tewksbury High Softball team battles Woburn at Woburn High at 4pm. The JV team will also play at 4pm.
