Scholarships for TMHS grads pursuing a nursing degree.
The Dr. Sandy Johnson Creamer Foundation is pleased to announce that the 3rd annual fundraiser is underway. All are invited to the Tewksbury/Wilmington Elks Lodge #2070 on Saturday, March 7th, to help the Foundation in raising funds for scholarships. These scholarships are to be awarded to selected TMHS 2026 graduates who plan to continue their education in a post-secondary nursing program.
Besides her family and friends, Sandy’s true passion has been her nursing career. Most of her professional journey was in Oncology and, according to Sandy, “it truly felt like God’s work”.
Education has been important to Sandy, and now she and her family are giving back and assisting future nurses on their journey to a fulling and lasting career, like she has enjoyed over the years.
Sandy is known for her kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering determination. She always puts others before herself and is always willing to lend a helping hand.
“This scholarship fundraiser began in 2023. Over the last 3 years, $24,000 in nursing scholarships have been given to Tewksbury High School graduates. This was all made possible by generous donors, and we hope to continue these awards each year” – Sandy Creamer.
Please join Dr. Creamer, her family and her friends on Saturday, March 7, 1pm – 5pm at the Tewksbury Elks on South St. in Tewksbury and help a very deserving Tewksbury graduate on his or her way to a rewarding vocation in nursing. See more details in the flyer above.
