Ceremony speaker lineup announced.
Tewksbury’s Memorial Day remembrance starts at 10 a.m. with a ceremony at the veterans area of the Tewksbury Cemetery on East St., where VFW Post 8164 planted more than 1,000 flags. It’s followed by a parade on Main St.

Residents can also drop into Town Hall next week and view the World War Memorial Tablets hanging in the lobby, listing residents who served, including three who did not make it home. That memorial was dedicated at a Welcome Home ceremony on May 31, 1920.
