Are You the Mystery Trail Hero?

The curious case of the expertly repaired bench

Update: The bench fixers were Keith Robichaud and Frank Marino. Thank you both!

A few months ago on a guided walk at the Pinnacle Trail, the group came upon a bench that had been damaged by a fallen limb, making it hazardous for hikers to stop and rest.

A participant in the walk mentioned that he would repair the bench — and he came through. Now Open Space & Recreation Plan Committee Vice Chair Bruce Shick would like to find the mystery carpenter.

“We don’t know for sure who it was,” said Shick. “But he did a great job, and we’d like to say ‘thank you'”

Was this you? Do you know who it might have been? If so, please drop us an email at tewksburycarnation@gmail.com.

Well, I don’t know who did it but as a fellow member of said committee I offer my thanks as well and hope they see this and come forward!
