Tewksbury Board Of Assessors Meeting
The Tewksbury Board of Assessors is holding a meeting at 2pm in the Town Hall Annex Conference Room (11 Town Hall Avenue). Read the agenda HERE. The meeting is open to the public, although a portion will be closed to the public for an Executive Session.
Tewksbury Conservation Commission Meeting
The Tewksbury Conservation Commission meets at 6:30pm at Tewksbury Town Hall (1009 Main Street). Read the agenda HERE. The Meeting will include five public hearings. The meeting is open to the public. The meeting will also be televised on Comcast (Ch. 6) and Verizon (Ch. 33) and streamed on the Town’s YouTube channel.
Tewksbury Garden Club Monthly Meeting
The Tewksbury Garden Club is holding a its monthly meeting at the Tewksbury Senior Center (175 Chandler Street). Doors open at 6:30pm. The meeting begins at 7pm. Amanda Munsie, manager of the gardens at the Middlesex Jail and the House of Correction in Billerica, will speak to us about the benefits that gardening brings to incarcerated people and how this program benefits the community as a whole. Library Webinar: Life Lessons From The Happiest People On Earth
The Tewksbury Public Library is holding a webinar — “Life Lessons From The Happiest People On Earth” — at 7pm via ZOOM. Every year, the World Happiness Report is dominated by the same countries: Denmark, Iceland, Finland, Sweden, and Norway. What is it about these Scandinavian countries that makes living there so pleasant? Learn to improve your own life by embracing the practices of hygge and lykke (Danish coziness and happiness); lagom (Swedish balance); sisu (Finnish determination); Niksen (Dutch disassociation); Þetta reddast (Icelandic optimism); and friluftsliv (Norwegian outdoor life). Led by Jez Layman, a librarian, public speaker, and full-time plant mom. She has taught at over 100 libraries, colleges, organizations, and community centers. Learn more & register HERE.

The Tewksbury Public Library (300 Chandler Street) is holding a Baby Lapsit Story Time at 10:15am in the first-floor Meeting Room.
