Tewksbury, MA – The Public Health Museum in Massachusetts is pleased to host the Tewksbury premiere of the independent film Stonegate on Saturday, October 11, 2025.
The dramatic thriller follows Nolan and his friends as they explore an abandoned hospital and find a mysterious VHS tape. The tape reveals a dark secret – a patient murder. As the teens wrestle with their discovery, the spirit of the patient attaches to Nolan as he confronts his family history, and uncovers the truth behind the murder.
Filmed on location in Tewksbury, and using the historic state hospital campus as a backdrop, the film gives viewers a glance into a world that is not generally open to the public. Director Daniel Groom will provide an introduction, and guests are welcomed to enjoy a Q&A with Groom and the cast after the film.
The museum will be open from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM for ticket holders prior to the showing.
