We are offering NAMI Basics, a free, in-person 6-week course designed for parents and family caregivers of children and adolescents experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges.
This course, open to all towns, is taught by NAMI-trained parents and caregivers and provides essential tools to help families navigate the mental health system, understand diagnoses, and advocate for their child.
