Local favorite Cafe Sicilia comes with 10,000 square foot lot, cordials license

Cafe Sicilia at 1300 Main St. is listed for $999,999. The building is zoned for mixed-use commercial and retail and is being offered as a “turn-key, fully equipped and functional updated restaurant.”

Owner Joe Mazzola has done extensive remodeling and made the Cafe a mainstay for Italian food lovers.
