It’s also Public Health Week, and Tewksbury’s Public Health Museum is hosting a range of events, from Narcan training on Wednesday and Thursday (sign up here) to free tours. See the full lineup. And don’t forget the Health Fair on Thursday afternoon at the Senior Center.

Consignment Boutique Intake
When: 2 – 5 p.m.

All residents are invited to bring in like-new clothes, jewelry, home décor and decorations. Volunteers will help with pricing your items. Consignment sellers get 50% of the marked price when the item is sold, with the balance going to the Senior Center. If an item hasn’t sold in 60 days, the item becomes the property of the Senior Center, the price will be marked down and the Center receives all proceeds. After 30 additional days, marked-down items are donated to local charities. Learn more.

This year’s Local Public Health Forum will focus on housing instability and sheltering those in need in a situation of housing shortage. Commissioner of Public Health, Dr. Robert Goldstein, will join a panel of local public health and community representatives for a discussion moderated by Harold Cox of the Boston University School of Public Health.

Pines Cemetery Walk

Meet at the back of the Old Administration Building/Public Health Museum. The walk is approximately 1.5 miles; plan for at least 90 minutes. Sturdy footwear (closed shoes) and long pants are advised and walking sticks may be helpful. $15 cash or check. Tour will be canceled for inclement weather.
