Covid Test Kits Available Now at Town Hall

Tewksbury’s Public Health Nurse Ashley Pavlakos says the town has received a shipment of 8,000 Covid-19 Rapid Antigen Test kits. Pavlakos is currently distributing the test kits out of her office, located on the lower level of Town Hall. Residents can pick up the test kits Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Limit two per household while supplies last.

Pavlakos also notes that on July 8, 2022, the FDA granted another three-month shelf-life extension for the iHealth COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test, which extended the shelf-life of all iHealth tests from six months to 12 months. Residents can use this website to check to see the updated expiration date: https://ihealthlabs.com/pages/news Or, simply add six months to the expiration dates printed on the back of their iHealth test kits.
