The BoH will meet a new body art apprentice who will be working at Route 38 Tattoo. The board will later discuss whether to continue the current moratorium on accepting applications for new body art establishments in town.
The committee will also discuss progress on ongoing matters involving Oliveira Farm, at 199 Marston St. The facility has been subject to legal action regarding a disturbing 2019 incident of animal cruelty and more recently a dispute on goats. The BoH will then hear updates on hiring a food inspection consultant and discuss COVID-19 rates in town.
This meeting comes a day after the School Committee is scheduled to weigh masking when students return to the classroom on Sept. 1.
