The Tewksbury Public Library is holding a webinar — “Hollywood & The Courtroom — The Anatomy Of A Trial” –at 7pm via ZOOM. Retired Massachusetts Superior Court Justice Dennis Curran will explore the power of story-telling and the impact of film to embody and inhabit the law and its relationship to ideas about injustice, liberty, citizenry, race, justice, crime, punishment, and social order. The Tewksbury Public Library (300 Chandler Street) is hosting its bi-weekly meeting of its Job Seekers Networking Group at 9:30am via ZOOM. The meeting’s topic is JOB HUNTING DO’S & DON’TS. This interactive session will be packed with information to help you become more productive, including: the use/misuse of social media in a search; networking tips; a job hunter’s elevator speech, resumes and references, cover letters; and job search statistics. This year, she has added more information about LinkedIn and tips for “being found” on LinkedIn. Trends will also be discussed, in both talent acquisition and the world of employment.
