Soldier On to Host Annual Fundraiser at Wamesit Lanes, Welcomes New Veteran Residents

Fundraising proceeds continue to support the Gordon H. Mansfield Veterans Community

Soldier On is set to host its highly anticipated annual fundraiser on Sunday, May 18th, starting at 5:00 PM, at FireWater Tavern inside Wamesit Lanes. This year’s event is particularly meaningful, as it marks the first time newly housed veterans from the Gordon H. Mansfield Veterans Community will be in attendance.

The fundraiser promises an evening of community, camaraderie, and charitable giving—all in support of Soldier On’s mission to end veteran homelessness and provide ongoing support services for those who served.

The event has seen strong community support in previous years, and organizers extend their gratitude to past attendees while looking forward to even greater participation this year, given its added significance.

Welcoming the very veterans who now live in safe, stable housing is a visible and powerful reminder of what Soldier On’s programming makes possible. It shows that Soldier On’s efforts—and the support received through fundraising—translate into lives changed for the better.

Tickets are being sold by Wamesit Lanes on behalf of Soldier On, with several options available to attendees:
