Ryan Lloyd is a longtime Tewksbury resident. He graduated from Shawsheen Tech in 2009. After graduating he enlisted in the US Air Force and served for 12 years in bases around the world.
Ryan has a bachelor’s degree in political science from American Military University. He has worked for different campaigns and organizations and advocated for veterans to get them the services they deserve. Ryan has been involved with local politics and is currently the Chairman for the Tewksbury Housing Authority, he also sits on the Tewksbury Historic Commission, and is an active member of VFW Post 8164.
Some of his goals are:
- Keeping taxes affordable
- Preserving the “small town” feel. We don’t want it to feel like a city
- Offering the voters someone on the Select Board who will listen to them and represent them
- Work with our regional partners and state and federal delegations to bring in funding to fix our aging water systems
- Increase security and assistance to the state hospital
- Work with Planning Board and Town Planner to implement new guidelines to increase our housing inventory and business partners while balancing traffic and infrastructure concerns.
Ryan devotes much of his time making Tewksbury a place where people want to live, he should be on the Select Board where he can make a difference. He has the drive and energy needed to make Tewksbury a place where people want to live. If you have any concerns about the direction things are going, then vote Ryan Lloyd on April 5th.
