Election Day Voting
If you haven’t already voted, don’t forget to go to the polls today between 7am and 8pm. Not sure where your polling location is? Click HERE. As of this past weekend, nearly 37% of Tewksbury had already casted their votes.
Weekly Bingo Night at Tewksbury-Wilmington Elks Lodge
The Tewksbury-Wilmington Elks holds a Bingo Night every Tuesday night at its Lodge (777 South Street). The Bingo is open to all — not just Elks members. Doors open at 4pm. Game sheet sales begin at 5:45pm. Game begins at 6:45pm. Players may bring snacks. Dinner items (often pizza) is also available to purchase. Coffee, tea and water are free of charge. Activities Cancelled at Tewksbury Senior Center
The Tewksbury Senior Center (175 Chandler Street) is closed for all activities except voting and the Meals On Wheels program. The weekly Bingo game is cancelled for the week.
Weekly Veterans Coffee Social at Bayberry at Emerald Court
The Tewksbury Veteran’s Services Department is holding a free coffee social for veterans at 10am Bayberry at Emerald Court (2000 Emerald Court).
TMHS Theater Company Fundraiser at Wicked Cheesy
The Tewksbury High School’s Theater Company is holding a fundraiser at Wicked Cheesy (1079 Main Street) on Monday, November 4; Tuesday, November 5; and Wednesday, November 6, from 10am to 9pm. 15% of the proceeds will benefit the TMHS Theater Company if you mention or show this flyer.
PJ Story Time at Tewksbury Library
The Tewksbury Public Library (300 Chandler Street) is hosting a PJ Story Time for children (ages 2-5) at 6pm. Have early literacy fun with stories and movement at this evening story time. Pajamas are optional but encouraged. Learn more HERE.
Library Virtual Lecture: Election Night Mindfulness & Meditation Class
The Tewksbury Public Library (300 Chandler Street) is holding an Election Night Mindfulness & Meditation Class webinar at 7pm via ZOOM. Does the Election have you stressed out? Practice clearing your mind, being in the present moment and reducing stress in this 30-minute class. Participants are welcome to find a quiet, comfortable space to relax and join mindfulness teacher Lauren Masse. Learn how to practice daily mindfulness and calm your mind and body. Barks & Books at Tewksbury Library
The Tewksbury Public Library (300 Chandler Street) is hosting its weekly Barks & Books with service dog Benny from 4:30pm to 5:30pm in the Activities Room. Children (especially those struggling with reading) are invited to sign up for a one-on-one, 15-minute session to read to Benny. Bring your own book or borrow one from the library. This is a great way for children to build literacy confidence and fluency with a non-judgmental canine reading partner. Register HERE.
Taco Tuesday at 3 Amigos Bar & Grill
