Tewksbury Select Board To Meet (Briefly)

The Tewksbury Select Board is holding what is expected to be a brief meeting at 5pm in the First Floor Meeting Room at Town Hall (1009 Main Street). The Board will first meet in Executive Session to finish discussing the Town Manager’s contract at 5pm and will then enter public session around 5:10pm to publicly ratify the contract. Mini Therapy Horses at Tewksbury Library

Does the Election have you stressed out? Visit the back lawn of the Tewksbury Public Library (300 Chandler Street) and spend a few minutes de-stressing with adorable mini therapy horses from Strongwater Farm. Flu & COVID Vaccine Clinic at Tewksbury Senior Center

The Tewksbury Senior Center (175 Chandler Street) is hosting a flu & COVID vaccine clinic from 10am to noon, by appointment only. Letourneau’s Pharmacy will be providing high dose FLU and both Moderna and Pfizer COVID vaccines. Make an appointment by calling 978-640-4480 x 301. Leave a message with your name and phone number and Tammy will call you back to schedule your appointment. Bring your health insurance information to your appointment.

Tewksbury Senior Center’s UPScale Boutique Consignment Shoppe Monthly Intake Hours

The UPScale Boutique Consignment Shoppe at the Tewksbury Senior Center (175 Chandler Street) is holding its monthly intake hours from 2pm to 5pm. The Shoppe provide “upscale” clothing and other articles to the public at an affordable price while offering Consignors an opportunity to turn items they no longer use into profit for themselves and for the Senior Center. Run entirely by volunteers, the primary purpose of the Shoppe is to generate funds to be applied towards the cost of operating expenses of the Tewksbury Senior Center and for programs for Seniors.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Senior Center’s regular Monday Fitness Classes are CANCELLED today due to Election Day polling preparations.

TMHS Theater Company Fundraiser at Wicked Cheesy

The Tewksbury High School’s Theater Company is holding a fundraiser at Wicked Cheesy (1079 Main Street) on Monday, November 4; Tuesday, November 5; and Wednesday, November 6, from 10am to 9pm. 15% of the proceeds will benefit the TMHS Theater Company if you mention or show this flyer.

Tewksbury Republican Town Committee Monthly Meeting

The Tewksbury Republican Town Committee is holding its monthly meeting in the First Floor Meeting Room at Town Hall (1009 Main Street) at 7pm. Learn how you can help Republican candidates running for office in November’s election.

Tewksbury Job Seekers Networking Group Virtual Meeting

Barks & Books at Tewksbury Library

The Tewksbury Public Library (300 Chandler Street) is hosting its weekly Barks & Books with service dog Diamond from 4pm to 5pm in the Activities Room. Children (especially those struggling with reading) are invited to sign up for a one-on-one, 15-minute session to read to Diamond. Bring your own book or borrow one from the library. This is a great way for children to build literacy confidence and fluency with a non-judgmental canine reading partner. Register HERE.
