Rep. Dave Robertson Endorses Jomarie Buckley for Select Board

Says candidate ‘has been a tireless liaison between the State Hospital and the Town administration’

Dear Editor,

My name is David Robertson and I am writing in full and enthusiastic support of Jomarie Buckley for Tewksbury Select Board.

When I first met Jomarie, over a decade ago, she was a member of the late Rep. Jim Miceli’s campaign committee. Her understanding of Tewksbury’s most important issues, even then, was prudent and impressive.

Jomarie is a tremendous asset to Tewksbury. For years she has volunteered at the Tewksbury  Community Pantry, where she quietly helps fight food insecurity in Tewksbury. She is now a Director of the TCP and leading one of Tewksbury’s greatest organizations ahead to even more productive and bountiful days.

Her work on the Tewksbury State Hospital Board of Trustees is, perhaps, the best example of her diligence and forethought. She has been a tireless liaison between the State Hospital and the Town administration, fostering better communication and spearheading efforts to secure funding to offset costs for Tewksbury’s first responders.

Jomarie Buckley is the best candidate for Select Board. Her record of service goes back decades, and it truly speaks for itself. I’ve been lucky enough to work with her on both town matters and state issues, and there is no one more intelligent, engaged, and analytic. Tewksbury needs Jomarie Buckley on the Select Board — so let’s all work together to make that happen! Vote Jomarie Buckley on April 6th! And let’s make sure Tewksbury‘s future is a bright one!

Sincerely,
Representative Dave Robertson
