Bases write-in campaign on desire to give back to Tewksbury
Dear residents,
After nomination papers for a position on the Board of Health seat were not returned, a vacancy for a three-year position is without a candidate. At this time, I am announcing my name as a write-in candidate on the Town Election Ballot, Saturday, April 6th.
I, Donna Robitaille, have declared my intentions to the Town Clerk. I have an interest to participate, and to be part of our town government is something I would enjoy doing. I would like to be a continued voice against the Opiate Crisis. I think this seat should have a candidate. Caring about this community has been solid for many years — that will never change.
If given this chance, I will do my best. I promise to be fair in my decisions. I will work with fellow board members to uphold the Board of Health office. It would be an honor to serve, representing Tewksbury with all my heart.
I graduated T.M.H.S. in 1976, activities in student government and dance and friends, surrounded by teachers and mentors — I was lucky to grow up in Tewksbury and then to raise our children here. Now being older, I am happy to be from this community. The Town of Tewksbury is one of the best. Please consider voting for me on April 6th, Board of Health three-year position.
Some of my volunteer experience: Board of Directors Tewksbury Youth Center, four years. Serving on the Tewksbury Conservation Commission, four years, and three years on the Tewksbury Zoning Board of Appeals.
Thank you,
Donna Robitaille
