Adult board game night is Tuesday
The final indoor Tewksbury Community Winter Market is this Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Tewksbury Senior Center. The market will feature around 30 vendors inside the large hall, plus two food trucks in the parking lot. Find an assortment of prepared foods and artisan goods. The consignment and gift shops at the Senior Center will also be open.
Early voting in the 2024 Presidential Primary runs this week. Registered voters can drop into town hall during regular business hours and cast their ballots. Learn more.

‘Greater Lowell Vision Zero’ Public Forum

The Northern Middlesex Council of Governments (NMCOG) is hosting a virtual public forum tonight. During the event, they will present on the region’s high-injury crashes and high-risk networks. Vision Zero plans to utilize a data-driven approach, emphasize equity and present a shift from traditional transportation planning. Learn more.

North Andover Walk the Woods

Offered by the Harold Parker State Forest Interpretive Program. Exercise, along with a good night’s sleep can increase serotonin, giving a sense of well being. Combine these two at beautiful Harold Parker State Forest every Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. This is a moderately paced walk appropriate for all ages. Wear walking footwear; bring water and sunscreen as appropriate. Bob Anderson, Park Interpreter under the Bureau of Ranger Services, leads the weekly hikes that average 25-30 participants of all ages including pre-schoolers. Learn more about similar programs.

The barrenness of deciduous plants and the presence of snow in winter can help illuminate wildlife signs like tracks, chews, and scat. Learn to interpret the sometimes-subtle clues left behind by American beavers, Eastern coyotes, raccoons and fishers.
“Ask Alex!” Planner’s Spring Office Hours
When: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Community/Economic Development Planner Alexandra Lowder will hold open office hours in the months leading up to Town Meeting on a variety of dates. The goal of these office hours is to help educate residents on the planning process, how zoning works, and timely subjects such as MBTA Communities in an informal, conversational setting. Residents are encouraged to ask general and project-specific questions.
