Letter: Residents Asked To Vote Slate, Attend Candidate Mixer

Members range from 23 to 93

Dear Fellow Residents,

As we enter election season, I am writing to ask those of you who will pull a Democratic ballot on March 5 to consider voting for the Tewksbury Democratic Town Committee “slate.”

Our slate, and committee, is made up of 35 Democrats who are doctors, lawyers, teachers, nurses, editors, public employees, veterans, retirees and students. Activism knows no age as we range from 23-93 years old, and work hard to elect Democrats to office. Many of us were born and brought up in Tewksbury,  while others are new homeowners looking to raise their families here. We hold elected office, serve on town committees, and we organize town events and donation drives to help our neighbors. Our goal is to help make Tewksbury a safe, healthy, inclusive and welcoming community for all.

In addition to your vote, I hope you will join us either at one of our meetings or our annual candidate mixer, which this year will be held on Tuesday, March 26 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. in the lovely Luna Rossa function room. You can connect with us at our website or on our public Facebook page, or by sending an email to TewksburyDems@gmail.com.

Yours in Democracy,
Cathy Dwyer
Chair, Tewksbury Democratic Town Committee
