Tewksbury Senator Barry Finegold’s office announced that the Massachusetts state legislature made significant movement on pending bills. Finegold is grateful to announce advancement of his legislation on education, cybersecurity, health care, and workforce development.

“I’m looking forward to the work ahead on a wide range of issues from cybersecurity and data privacy to health insurance, access to care and economic development,” said Finegold. “Every one of these bills touches the lives of my constituents and I’ll be working hard with colleagues to see them passed into law.”

A full list of Senator Finegold’s bills that received a favorable report or extension order can be found here. They include efforts to study the effectiveness of the Massachusetts School Building Authority, improve cyber-incident response and address health insurance benefits for municipal employees.
