A $25 fine will be levied per violation
Parking Clerk Denise Graffeo reminds residents that the overnight street parking ban is in effect on all streets beginning today, Nov. 1, and extending to March 31, 2024.
The ban is in effect daily from midnight to 6 a.m. per Town By-Law 8.24.010. Additionally, during a snowstorm, day or night, all vehicles must park off the street per Town By-Law 8.24.010. A fine of $25.00 will be imposed for each violation.
Graffeo asks for residents’ cooperation during inclement weather to prevent interference with snowplowing and sanding efforts and to keep the streets open for fire, police, ambulance and other emergency vehicles.
