By Nicole Goolishian, Assistant Director, Tewksbury Public Library

Looking for a new way to track your reading this summer and have the chance to win exciting prizes along the way? Look no further than Beanstack, the library’s free app for fun reading challenges!

What is Beanstack? Beanstack offers a unique and motivating way to track what you read as well as the amount of time you spend reading. Beanstack is available to download from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or directly through your Internet browser.

What are reading challenges? The library hosts reading challenges throughout the year for different age groups where specific goals are set before each challenge and you are tasked with logging the books you’ve read or the amount of time you’ve spent reading during a given timeframe.

How do I sign up for TPL reading challenges? Joining Beanstack is quick and easy and so is keeping up with the latest reading challenges. In the Beanstack app or website, select “at my library, school, or bookstore” and “find a site” to search and add Tewksbury as your home library. From here you’ll create an account with your email and a password of your choice. Once you’ve completed these steps, you are ready to sign up for challenges.

What challenges are available this summer? Two challenges are available this summer, through Friday, August 11. Click below to learn more and sign up today:
