Have you ‘cut the cord’? The Library has you covered with Kanopy

Kanopy is the library’s all-in-one app for streaming movies, documentaries and television series. It is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store or in your web browser on your laptop or desktop computer.
To access the library’s digital film collection through Kanopy, you’ll just need your TPL library card barcode number to create an account.
Here’s an FAQ to help you get started:
🤔 How do I create a Kanopy account? You’ll need your TPL card, an email address and a password
of your choosing to create a Kanopy account. You’ll receive five credits to use each month, with credits resetting on the first of each new month.
🤔 What if I lost my library card? No problem! Stop by the Front Desk to get a free replacement card.
🤔 What devices are compatible with Kanopy? Apple and Android devices including smartphones and tablets are compatible. Additionally, you can access Kanopy at tewksburypl.kanopy.com on an up-to-date browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
🤔 What films are available to stream with Kanopy? You’ll have access to over 30,000 films across genres including new releases, classics, world cinema, documentaries, and popular television series including British Television from BBC.
Looking for content for a younger audience? Kanopy Kids features content dedicated to children including popular television shows and characters and storybooks brought to life with audio for children to follow along with. Parental controls are also available on Kanopy.
🤔 Can I stream Kanopy on my TV? Yes! The Kanopy app is also available to be added directly to your smart TV with Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Chomecast, Roku, Samsung TV, and more.
