Lights! Camera! Action!

Are you a senior with extra time on your hands?

If you’ve ever dreamed of being a movie director, here’s your chance. Come on down to the Senior Center where you can learn the basics of video production. You’ll be taught how to set up a tripod, operate a wireless microphone and perform various camera techniques. Equipment and instruction will be provided to you by the fine people of Tewksbury’s Telemedia Department.

Once trained, you can use resources, including camera equipment, to produce shows to air on our local channels. Content may NOT be used for any type of commercial purposes. Wouldn’t it be great to film senior center events or other activities around town and have your work shown on our local cable station and/or on social media?

Participation is free, and you must be a Tewksbury resident or qualifying Tewksbury entity or individual. Class is geared to those 55+ and will be held on Friday, April 21 at 2:00 p.m.

Sign up on-line at myactive-center.com, in person at the senior center reception desk or by calling 978-640-4480.
