Hesson-Goon connected via No Excuse Mom Tewksbury exercise group
Dear Fellow Residents,
For any Tewksbury residents who may not yet know Katlynn (Kate) Bugda Gwilt, I strongly encourage you to support her candidacy for the Tewksbury Board of Health. Kate embodies kindness, dedication, focus, and passion for health and wellness, and has a clear vision for the future of our community’s health.
I first met Kate approximately 18 months ago through the No Excuse Mom Tewksbury exercise group, where we started working out together during our pregnancies. Since then, I have had the pleasure of getting to know Kate as a caring, humble, and supportive individual who is always ready to listen and lend a hand. Her commitment to supporting mental health is particularly noteworthy, and I witnessed this firsthand when we attended a mom and baby support group that she had found. I have appreciated her compassion and empathy towards others.
Kate has an unmistakable passion for family, health, and wellness, and has participated in various No Excuse Mom activities. Her dedication to promoting and maintaining a healthier community is evident in her unwavering commitment to her family’s health. As a fellow mom, I have a great admiration for Kate’s dedication to not only her own family’s health but also for the health and wellness of the entire community. Kate has been a wonderful accountability partner and cares about her and others’ physical and mental health.
In light of the past few years, it is crucial that we elect a candidate like Kate who is dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and overall health and wellness in our community. Kate’s empathetic nature and genuine concern for hearing people’s needs make her an ideal candidate for the role. Her focus on mental health is especially important, as access to mental health resources is vital for our community’s well-being. With our children and parents facing unprecedented challenges, I have no doubt that Kate will be able to organize and support the necessary resources to address these challenges.
Kate’s leadership skills, dedication, education and passion for health make her an excellent candidate for the Tewksbury Board of Health. I wholeheartedly support her candidacy and encourage my fellow Tewksbury residents to do the same. Let us elect a candidate who is genuinely committed to making our community healthier, safer, and stronger.
Warm regards,
Mary Hesson-Goon
