The Tewksbury Weekend Happenings column is back thanks to a new collaboration between the Carnation and Tewksbury Connected.

Tewksbury Tree Lighting
When: Friday, Dec. 3 at 6 p.m.
Where: Tewksbury Town Common
Included in the event: marshmallow roasting on open fires, ice sculpture, hot cider, donuts, balloon animals, carolers, ornament decoration stations, letter writing to Santa and meet Santa and some of his elves. Please bring an unwrapped gift to donate to the local toy drive. Parking is available at Town Hall and the Annex. Town Hall Ave. will be closed to traffic.
Magic Brush Ornament Painting Weekend

Wilmington Festival of Trees
When: Virtual Nov. 30 – Dec. 5. In person Dec. 3 & 4 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Dec. 5 from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
