Tewksbury Police vs. TMHS Boys & Girls Varsity Basketball

The Tewksbury Police will take on the Tewksbury Memorial High School’s Boys & Girls Varsity Teams for a great night of fun and community support. The game starts at 6:30pm in the High School’s Romano Gym (320 Pleasant Street). Admission costs $5 at the door. (Free for Tewksbury Boys & Girls Basketball players under 12 wearing their jersey and with an adult.) All proceeds benefit the Meghan McCarthy Research Fund at Dana-Farber.

Tewksbury Residents Invited To Greater Lowell Job Fair

MassHire Lowell, which serves Tewksbury residents, is hosting its annual Greater Lowell Job Fair on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 and Thursday, March 12, 2026, from 11am to 1pm, at the Middlesex Community College Café (33 Kearney Sq., Lowell, MA). Non-Fiction Book Club Meeting at Tewksbury Library

The Tewksbury Public Library (300 Chandler Street) is holding the monthly meeting of its Non-Fiction Book Group at 10:30am in the first-floor Meeting Room. Library Virtual Lecture: John Singer Sargent — A Masterful Stroke Of Genius

The Tewksbury Public Library (300 Chandler Street) is holding an art history webinar — “John Singer Sargent — A Masterful Stroke Of Genius” — at 10:30am on ZOOM. Learn how the gifted artist John Singer Sargent began a promising career, primarily as a portrait painter in Paris, until a scandal in 1884 caused him to decamp France and move to England where he contemplated giving up portrait painting, until he found his way once again, becoming internationally famous during the Gilded Age art world of the late 1880’s, running through the first quarter of the 20th century. Library Virtual Lecture: File, Pile, Sort, Shred — Getting Ready For Tax Season

The Tewksbury Public Library (300 Chandler Street) is holding an a timely webinar — “File, Pile, Sort, Shred — Getting Ready For Tax Season” — at 7pm on ZOOM. Discover which papers you need to keep for tax purposes and for how long. Learn a simple filing system. Jumpstart your decluttering by participating in an (optional) short, live guided tidy-up task during the program. Preschool Playgroup at Tewksbury Public Library

Community Teamwork hosts a Preschool Playgroup every Thursday morning at 11am at the Tewksbury Public Library (300 Chandler Street). Kids can meet, play, and learn, while picking up some literacy skills. Free and open to all preschoolers.

Homeschool Hangout At Tewksbury Library

The Tewksbury Public Library (300 Chandler Street) is holding a “Homeschool Hangout” from 10am to noon for homeschooled students between the ages of 11 of 18. They are invited to drop in to hang out with other homeschool teens. The Library’s Teen Department will have board games out, video games available to play, and snacks to enjoy. Learn more HERE.

Public Health Museum Tours

The Public Health Museum, located on the grounds of the Tewksbury Hospital (365 East Steet), is open from 10am to 2pm. A hospital campus walking tour will take place at 10:30am. Tours of the museum are also scheduled for 10:30am and 12:30pm. Register for any of the tours HERE. The Museum is a non-profit educational and cultural museum, with a mission to strive to preserve records and artifacts from America’s public health history; educate the public about the achievements and contributions of public health; and inspire people to build upon the past and continue to advance the future of public health.

Karaoke with DJ Manny At TJ Callahan’s Pub

TJ Callahan’s Pub (1475 Main Street) hosts Karaoke with DJ Manny every Thursday night from 8pm to midnight.

8 Fitness Classes at Tewksbury Senior Center

The Tewksbury Senior Center (175 Chandler Street) is hosting 8 fitness/wellness classes today:

  • Belly Dancing (9:30am)
  • Wii Bowling League (9:30am)
  • Piecemakers Quilters (10am)
  • Body Works (10:25am)
  • Fit For All (11:25am)
  • Light Yoga for Seniors (12:30pm)
  • Whist (12:30pm)
  • Bone Builders (2pm)
  • Chair Yoga (3:30pm)
  • Cardio Drumming (4:30pm)

Most fitness/wellness class fees are paid either by the month OR by purchasing a punch card. Punch card cost is $35 and allows seniors to attend 10 classes of their choice. Cards can be purchased in the Senior Center’s Office. Seniors may drop in to try any of the fitness/wellness classes for FREE. Please note Bone Builders classes and the Cardio Drumming class are grant-funded with no cost to participants but do require registration to participate.
