TMHS Powderpuff Games to support the Tewksbury Community Food Pantry

TMHS Students Rally for Community at Annual Powderpuff Games, this Tuesday, November 25th!

Tewksbury Memorial High School is gearing up for one of its most spirited traditions—the annual Powderpuff Games—set to take place on Tuesday, November 25th, at Doucette Stadium. Organized by TMHS DECA members Jane Garabedian and Samantha Bakke in collaboration with the TMHS Athletic Department, the event brings students together for a night of friendly competition and community support.

The evening will feature two flag football matchups: Freshmen vs. Sophomores at 6:00 PM, followed by Seniors vs. Juniors at 7:00 PM. Beyond the excitement on the field, the games serve a meaningful purpose.

Admission to the event is a donation of non-perishable food items, all of which will support the Tewksbury Community Food Pantry.

“This event is a big tradition for us,” said Garabedian. “It builds camaraderie within each class while giving us the opportunity to help those in need right here in Tewksbury.”

With school spirit running high and the community cause at the heart of the event, TMHS hopes to collect a record number of donations this year. All residents are encouraged to attend, cheer on the students, and help support local families during the holiday season.
